Given the prominence of its audience, Rally4Ever sought to leverage the influence and networks of its high-profile attendees to amplify the event’s impact. “We wanted to capture the essence of the event while giving each participant something personal to remember it by,” shares Louise Pleming, Rally4Ever’s founder. “These videos would not only enhance their experience but also encourage them to use their platforms to champion our cause.”
However, producing high-quality, personalised videos for such a distinguished audience posed challenges. Capturing individual experiences while maintaining a professional standard required additional time and resources. It would create pressure on the videographer to meet the expectations and deliver in a timely manner.
In addition, Rally4Ever wanted to explore innovative ways to raise more funds to support their initiatives. It needed a tool that could seamlessly combine fundraising with the distribution of personalised souvenirs.

To meet Rally4Ever's goals of creating innovative keepsakes and integrating fundraising, CrowdClip introduced its Pay-per-Personalised Video feature. CrowdClip sifted through almost two hours of footage to identify each attendee’s standout moments using its patented facial recognition technology. These clips were then embedded into a high-quality video template from the professional videographer.

Renowned Melbourne cinematographer and film director Damien Pleming served as the event’s videographer (a CrowdClip partner-videographer). He captured the full event and produced a professional highlight reel showcasing the best moments with dedicated sequences for individual clips. CrowdClip then used this reel as a template, with its proprietary AI technology scouring the entire footage to create personalised videos for each attendee.

CrowdClip’s centralised share hub facilitated automated video distribution. With a single click, Rally4Ever was able to send the personalised videos. The integrated donation feature also enabled attendees to make donations directly through the hub.
